    100% Free range rolled pork belly.  Professionally butchered, this for us, one of the best roasts available.  Your pork will come deboned and strung up marinated inside with our house herb blend.  Surrounded by scored crackle and available from 2kg - 4kg+, it will be the centrepiece on your Christmas table this year.

    We will be offering our house herb seasoning for our Porchetta roasts this year, a blend of herbs and citrus.

    There will be no deliveries made Christmas week this year, please choose your pickup location and date.
