Located on the outskirts of Sydney, Luke and Jess are some of the industry leaders in milk fed rose veal and have added pastured chickens to their regenerative farming enterprise.  Starting as day olds under warming lights these birds soon head out onto pastures where they are rotated onto fresh chemical free pasture daily.  Naturally these birds have a yellow colour to their skin due to the high Beta Carotene content in the green pasture.  Support small scale farmers and eat amazing - birds average approx 1.8kg each and may be frozen when delivered.
