Made from grass-fed Watervale Beef, sourced from Cowra in the fertile Lachlan Valley — one of Australia’s most renowned grazing regions. With rich soils, clean river water and ideal pasture conditions, the region produces consistently flavoursome, high-quality beef.

Our Paleo Beef Sausages are an excellent option for those sensitive to preservatives or looking to include more offal in their diet. Each sausage combines Watervale grass-fed beef, 15% beef heart, 15% beef liver, and a simple blend of herbs and spices including salt, pepper, dried coriander, nutmeg and dried sage.

With no preservatives added, these sausages are snap frozen on the day they’re made to lock in freshness and maintain food safety.
