Sourced from Borrowdale Free Range in Victoria, the pork is pasture raised and free range. It’s house cured using our own gluten-free recipe, with no added nitrates or nitrites, then double smoked in-store for a full, traditional bacon flavour.

Available as short cut only, this bacon fries beautifully, crisps well and stays juicy.
