    Superior Wagyu grain fed beef, this mid range marble score cut will lend it self to every special occasion.  Not too over the top but just enough marbling to be a luxurious experience.  Cut to your preferred thickness, this Wagyu is both wet aged then dry aged in our custom built Dry Ager for a premium tenderness and flavour profile.  Note marbling will vary from steak to steak.
