Sourced from Camden Valley Veal in Camden, NSW, where regenerative farmers Luke and Jess raise their vealer calves on pasture just outside Sydney. They milk their own herd of Jersey cows twice a day to feed the calves, supporting exceptional care, nutrition and animal welfare.
Choosing only male calves, which are often considered a waste product of the dairy industry, Luke and Jess give these animals a far better purpose. Raised on pasture 24/7, chemical-free and rotationally grazed, this veal is ethically produced with care, quality and animal welfare at the centre.
