Win Your Christmas Order Back – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion

Farmgate to Plate (“the Promoter”) is giving customers the chance to win their Christmas order back, up to a maximum value of $500.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the promotion, customers must:

• place an order online through fgtp.com.au from the Farmgate to Plate Christmas Collection;

• place and pay for the eligible order between 12:00am on 1 October 2026 and 11:59pm on 31 October 2026 (Sydney time); and

• select a pickup or delivery date occurring during December 2026.

Orders placed outside the promotional period, orders not containing products from the Christmas Collection, or orders with a pickup or delivery date outside December 2026 will not be eligible.

Employees of Farmgate to Plate, their immediate family members and anyone directly involved in conducting the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Every eligible Christmas order placed and paid for online during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one entry into the draw.

No separate entry form is required.

If a customer places multiple separate eligible orders during the Promotion Period, each eligible order will receive one entry.

Cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent or otherwise invalid orders will not be eligible for the draw.

4. Prize

One winner will receive a refund of the amount paid online for their eligible Christmas order, up to a maximum of $500.

For example:

• if the eligible amount paid is $250, the winner will receive a $250 refund;

• if the eligible amount paid is $500, the winner will receive a $500 refund; or

• if the eligible amount paid exceeds $500, the maximum refund will be $500.

Where a Christmas product is sold using a deposit or part-payment arrangement, the prize will be calculated based on the amount actually paid online for the eligible order, up to the maximum prize value of $500.

The prize cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for another prize.

5. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries on Tuesday, 3 November 2026.

Each valid eligible order will have an equal chance of being selected.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with their online order.

Farmgate to Plate will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.

The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that period, Farmgate to Plate may conduct a further random draw to select another eligible winner.

7. Payment of the Prize

The prize will be processed as a refund using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.

The maximum total value of the prize is $500.

Winning the promotion does not alter the customer's Christmas order, pickup or delivery arrangements unless otherwise agreed with Farmgate to Plate.

8. General Conditions

Farmgate to Plate reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct.

If the promotion cannot proceed as planned because of circumstances outside Farmgate to Plate's reasonable control, Farmgate to Plate may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and provide the prize.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Farmgate to Plate's privacy practices.
