Bulk Beef – Forequarter
Price per kilogram is based on the hung carcass weight of the forequarter, approximately 50kg. The final take-home weight will depend on your chosen cut preferences, with a typical yield of around 35% less than the hung weight once processed.
All beef will be professionally butchered to your specifications. Cuts will be cryovac sealed and clearly labelled for cleanliness, extended shelf life and convenience. Any sausages will be trayed and plastic wrapped.
All of our free-range beef is sourced from Watervale Beef, raised in Cowra, New South Wales. Cattle are grass fed and grown in the fertile Lachlan Valley, producing consistently flavoursome, high-quality beef.
