Sourced from Buena Vista Farm, a family-run farm in Collie, New South Wales, these goats are lovingly pasture-raised and live a stress-free outdoor life. They graze naturally, move freely and socialise as part of a herd, resulting in high-quality, ethically raised meat.

Goat is the most widely eaten red meat in the world, and for good reason. Often compared to lamb with a savoury note closer to beef, it delivers excellent flavour while remaining one of the healthiest red meat options available. Studies suggest goat meat is around 50% lower in fat than beef and 40% lower in saturated fat than chicken.
