Sourced from Cowra Lamb, raised along the banks of the Lachlan River in the fertile Lachlan Valley of New South Wales, these lambs benefit from elite genetics, rich pastureland and ideal growing conditions. The Cowra region is widely recognised for producing some of the best lamb in Australia, known for its clean flavour and premium quality.

Free-range and 100% grass-fed, this lamb loin roast is best cooked with care. Slowly render the fat, roast to an internal temperature of around 55°C, then rest well before slicing to serve.
