Sourced from Cowra Lamb, raised along the banks of the Lachlan River in the fertile Lachlan Valley of New South Wales, these lambs benefit from exceptional genetics, nutrient-rich pastures and ideal growing conditions. The Cowra region is widely recognised for producing some of the best lamb in Australia, known for its clean flavour and consistent quality.

Free-range and 100% grass-fed, this boneless rump roast is best pan fried first to render the fat, then finished in the oven for around 25 minutes. Rest well before slicing and serving.
