Price: $22.99 / kg
Price per kilogram is based on the hung weight of a half lamb carcass, approximately 12kg. The final take-home weight will vary depending on your chosen cuts, with a general yield of around 20–30% less than the hung weight once processed.
All meat will be professionally prepared to your specifications. Cuts will be cryovac sealed and clearly labelled for cleanliness, extended shelf life and convenience. Any sausages will be trayed and plastic wrapped.
All of our free-range lamb is sourced from various NSW farms, including our own. You can learn more about our producers via the farmer links on our homepage.
