Bulk Pork – Whole Body
Price per kilogram is based on the hung weight of a whole pork carcass, approximately 70kg. The final take-home weight will depend on your chosen cuts, with a typical yield of around 20% less than the hung weight once processed.
All meat will be professionally butchered to your specifications. Cuts will be cryovac sealed and clearly labelled for cleanliness, extended shelf life and convenience. Any sausages will be trayed and plastic wrapped.
All of our free-range pork is sourced from Borrowdale Free Range, where pigs are pasture raised using traditional farming practices with a strong focus on animal welfare and eating quality.
