Sourced from Borrowdale Free Range in Victoria, the pork is pasture raised and free range. We cure it in-house using our own gluten-free recipe, striking the perfect balance of slightly salty and slightly sweet, then double smoke it on site for a rich, savoury finish.

Thinly sliced and ready to eat, this ham is ideal for sandwiches, grazing platters, breakfast plates or festive tables.
