Superior Wagyu grain fed beef from Jacks Creek, awarded Best Steak in the Workd 2016. This mid range marble score cut will lend it self to every special occasion.  Not too over the top but just enough marbling to be a luxurious experience.  Cut to your preferred thickness, this Wagyu is both wet aged then dry aged in our custom built Dry Ager for a premium tenderness and flavour profile.  Note marbling will vary from steak to steak.
