Salmon pricing is a guide only. We’ll take a deposit of around 80% when you place your order, then weigh and price your item once it’s received and prepared. Any small balance will be due on pickup.

Because our products are prepared in-house, the final weight of your order may vary slightly from the estimate. If it’s a little higher, we’ll let you know and collect the difference when order is ready. If it’s a little lower, we’ll refund you promptly. We do our best to keep these changes minimal and will keep you informed every step of the way.

Orders will close on Sunday 13th December 2026. After this date, no refunds will be made, so please contact us directly if you need to make changes before the cut-off.
